1. Eligibility for Replacement and Return:

You can request a replacement or return within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have the original invoice and the item is in its original condition. This can be done in two ways:

a. In-Store Return: Visit our shop within 14 days with the original invoice and the piece in its original condition. Our team will be happy to assist you with the replacement or return process.

b. Shipping Return (Cairo or Giza): If you’re unable to visit our shop, you can initiate a return through shipping. A shipping fee of 90 Egyptian pounds will apply for returns from Cairo or Giza. Make sure the item is in its original condition and securely packed for shipping.

c. Shipping Return (Other Governorates): For returns from other governorates, a shipping fee of 110 Egyptian pounds will apply. Ensure the item is in its original condition and properly packed for safe transportation.

2. Exclusions:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Tights
  • Beachwear
  • Bags
  • Belts

Additionally, items purchased under special offers or discounts are also not eligible for exchange or refund.

3. Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service to notify them of your intention to return the item.
  • Provide your original invoice number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Choose the preferred return method: in-store return or shipping return.
  • For shipping returns, our customer service will guide you on the procedure and provide the necessary information.

4. Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process the replacement or refund accordingly.

5. Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
